The brand new Harvey Norman MacGregor Bathroom and Tiles Team is seeking passionate, customer service focused Sales Consultants to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers. Multilingual and/or Mandarin speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

You'll engage with customers to understand their needs, share product knowledge, and assist them in creating beautiful bathrooms with an eye for design and attention to detail. Your enthusiasm for our products and commitment to customer satisfaction will ensure a memorable shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.

To be successful you must:

• Greet and assist customers warmly and professionally.
• Listen attentively to customers' needs and recommend products that meet their preferences.
• Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and availability.
• Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
• Uphold our high standards for customer service and sales performance.
• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Genuine interest in learning about our products and helping customers find solutions.
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades·
