The Harvey Norman Preston Technology and Entertainment Team is seeking a passionate, customer service-focused Operator to join us in delivering Great Service, Always! to our customers. As a Sales support person, you’ll not only support our customers with life-at-home solutions but also play a vital role in enhancing their in-store experience by assisting with various tasks across the store.

Your Role: As part of our team you'll be responsible for:
·  Delivering top-notch customer service 
·  Managing the photo centre operations 
·  Handling ticketing and merchandising                                                                                                                                                       ·  Processing finance and Optus contracts 
·  Providing general sales support and problem-solving on the sales floor

To be successful you must:
·  Have a passion for retail
·  Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
·  Enjoy working in a team environment

·  Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs

·  Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
