An exciting opportunity exists for a Full Time, highly motivated IT & Business Support Administrator to join our growing and successful commercial based business in Port Melbourne. The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has outstanding attention to detail and time management skills.

Reporting to our IT Support Manger, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Effectively work with and provide high level of support to the IT Support manger and internal users
  • Troubleshooting with IT software and hardware issues
  • Coordinating with IT Service Desk to solve and IT related issues
  • Generating monthly sales reports
  • Maintaining the data integrity of our CRM and EPR (Microsoft Dynamics) systems
  • Assisting with the uploading of supplier pricelists into Microsoft Dynamics
  • IT set up for new staff members
  • Managing office printers and supplies
  • Maintenance of IT inventory to ensure our IT needs are met and organising the ordering of any additional inventory required.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP systems will be viewed favourably. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to build a rapport quickly. You must be system savvy including intermediate Word/ Excel skills.

NOTE: This role will require you to be onsite at our Port Melbourne office.
