Our brand new Harvey Norman Melton complex, opening October 2024, is seeking an experienced, customer service-focused Warehouse Manager. 

As a Warehouse Manager, you will have a good understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations, coaching staff and liaising with customers to provide exceptional customer service.

• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
• Experience in managing a team
• Have the ability to effectively operate a warehouse, coach and roster staff, lead and motivate an enthusiastic team
• Must be motivated and have an excellent eye for detail
• Experience checking delivery sheets
• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Flexibility across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays and late-night trades
• Problem-solving capability
• Intermediate computer skills
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence preferred
• Formal qualification in warehousing or related (Cert 4 level) desirable
